Product Introduction:
1. The theory of High frequency heating.
High frequency heating is a kind of new heating method. It is also called Radio frequency dielectric heating. It can form an electric field with positive and negative pole. The molecules of glue under high frequency will move in very high speed. The friction among the molecules will bring high temperature within short time. So it makes the glue heat themselves. It means high frequency only heat the glue line but not the whole board.
That is why high frequency machine is very fast and can save the power.
4x8 feet standard board will take 2-3 mins to finish(including pressure keeping time). In winter the time will be about 3mins.
2. Brief introduction of HF board joining machine(HF edge gluer)
The system including: High frequency generator, Main press, hydraulic system, control system, auto feeding and outlet table
The whole cycle of machine is controlled by PLC automatically. The running cycle is like this:
Feeding cart feed panel into main press-------Mine press plate down------Side cylinder push------HF heating------Finishing heating and Pressure keeping-------Side cylinder back------Main press plate up
The only thing is to press ??START?? button, one board will be finished within short time.
